Ingredients:
• 1 small yellow onion, diced • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
• 1 pound ground beef (90%
lean)
• 1 packet McCormick’s Zesty
Spaghetti Sauce, dried
• 2 cans Italian-style stewed
tomatoes
• 1 can sliced mushrooms
• 1 jar basic marinara sauce • 1 box spaghetti, cooked
• salt, to taste
• Parmesan cheese, grated,
optional
Directions:
Turn stove to medium heat. Melt
butter in a medium-sized sauce pan or pot, then sauté onions until they start to turn translucent.
Add browned beef, sliced mush- rooms, sauce packet, stewed toma- toes and marinara sauce.
Let simmer on low heat for at least 15 minutes. Pour over cooked pasta and add some cheese, if you like.
