The fifth annual Garden Island Range & Food Festival was held Nov. 17 at Kilohana in the Luau Pavilion. Nearly 500 people attended the festival, which aims to connect farmers, ranchers, restaurants and the public. Meats from local ranchers and produce from 20 farms across Kauai were delivered to 16 Island restaurants, allowing chefs to create dishes that were totally locally sourced.
