Irmalee And Walter Pomroy Lei Contest
This May 1 marked the 34th annual Irmalee and Walter Pomroy Lei Contest held at Kauai Museum. Every year, people from across the island create beautiful and elaborate lei for the competition. This year’s event also featured live music by Larry Rivera and his family, lessons on lei making, local food and a display of all entries.
