Lawai International Center Hosts Tour And Taiko
The public was invited to tour 88 Shrines and participate in a taiko drumming workshop led by Taiko Kauai’s Ray Nitta Oct. 26 at Lawai International Center. Participants learned the history of the center and taiko drumming, and enjoyed a demonstration before giving it a try themselves.
