Kauai Tahiti Fete 2016
July 9 kicked off Kauai Tahiti Fete 2016 at Kapaa Beach Park. The two-day festival, which Uncle Joe Kahauleilo began in 1971, seeks to strengthen cultural relations between Kauai and Tahiti through dance, music, art, language and traditions.
