Special Olympics Fundraiser
About 100 bikers recently participated in an annual ride to raise funds and awareness for the Special Olympics Kaua’i Chapter. The event benefits persons with intellectual disabilities so they can have a chance to learn, enjoy and benefit from participation in individual and team sports. More than 30 volunteers were also on hand, helping coordinate the day’s activities.
