THE MUCH ANTICIPATED Manny Pacquiao-Floyd Mayweather mega-fight currently is penciled in for Nov. 13 (pending Team Mayweather’s approval). Dallas and Las Vegas are vying for rights to host it. MGM Grand Garden and Mandalay Bay are frequently home to such iconic events, but in the mix are billionaire Steve Wynn’s Wynn and Encore.
