Monitor Your Thoughts

Make it a point to consistently monitor your thoughts, because what you think about, you bring about. If you regularly think about how much you dislike your life, your job, your relationships, your looks, your predicament, etc., the people you encounter on a daily basis will sense this and may shut down to you or even withhold opportunities as a result. Affirm daily the things you do like and the things that are going well, so what you are thinking about becomes the reality you are projecting.
