Dain Spore Wins A $100 Kmart Shopping Spree

Lucky for Dain Spore, he won a $100 gift certificate to Kmart last week, a store he frequents about twice a week, just because he knew the right answer to an easy question.

“I love good pens. I’m really picky, so I go to Kmart for pens,” he says.

He also visits the Lihu’e store regularly to purchase toys for his two children, Nakia (10) and Nkozi (9), as well as stationary for his wife Tessie.

The Kaua’i Christian Fellowship pastor loves reading MidWeek Kaua’i.

“I can’t eat lunch without something to read, so I always pick it up,” says the Koloa resident.

Dain especially enjoys Ron Nagasawa’s “What’s Next” column.

“He is just a hoot. I love him,” he says.
