Kai Wojak Wins A $100 Shopping Spree At Safeway

Kai Wojak was picking out produce to make fried rice for dinner last Friday afternoon at Safeway when she was randomly approached by a MidWeek Kaua’i representative. The Wailua resident won a $100 gift certificate to the grocery store just for correctly answering a simple question.

“I love the variety and the prices,” she said about Safeway. “And it’s close to home.”

She and husband Adam, a shop manager, have a 7-year-old son, Lanakila, who attends Kanuikapono Charter School in Anahola.

Kai, a 1989 Kamehameha High School graduate, says she appreciates MidWeek Kaua’i‘s articles, advertisements and the Kaua’i calendar.
