Nena Richards loves shopping at Foodland, so it was her lucky day when a MidWeek Kaua’i representative approached her with a simple question and the chance to win a $100 Foodland gift certificate.

The Title Guaranty account manager/sales and marketing was all smiles when she answered our question correctly and found out she would have some extra money to spend on Foodland’s “excellent produce.”

Nena, who will celebrate her two-year anniversary with husband Chuck in May, likes to read the feature stories in MidWeek Kaua’i. She also enjoys learning about businesses and activities in the community.

“It’s nice because it gives people a little history about businesses here,” says the Kalaheo resident.
