Peralthena Germo Wins A $100 Shopping Spree At Times

Peralthena Germo has been waiting for her chance to be MidWeek Kaua’i’s next mystery shopper for quite some time, and one particularly bright, sunny day last week she finally had her opportunity.

She was thrilled to win a $100 gift certificate to Times Supermarket a store the Anahola resident frequents about once a week.

The 1980 Kapa’a High School graduate also was excited about her recent promotion to call center representative at the Kaua’i Community Federal Credit Union.

Peralthena is an avid MidWeek Kaua’i reader and appreciates the local articles, and even plans her meals around weekly sales.

And although she keeps waiting each week, “steak has never been on that list,” she laughs.
