Bowl For Kids
Big bangs, side ponytails and popped collars matched the ’80s-themed music at the third annual Totally Awesome Bowl for Kids’ Sake fundraiser at Lihu’e Bowling Center March 3. Money raised benefits Kaua’i Big Brothers Big Sisters, and MidWeek Kaua’i helped sponsor the event. In addition to bowling, participants munched on treats from Mark’s Place. The mission of Kaua’i BBBS is to help children reach their potential through one-on-one relation- ships with mentors who have a positive impact on youth. To learn more, go to bigskauai.org.
