This year’s 16th annual Festival of Lights and Lights on Rice Parade, held Dec. 7 in Lihu’e, was a crowd-pleaser, as keiki and adults alike enjoyed dazzling displays. The Festival of Lights continues from 6 to 8 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through Dec. 24 at the Historic County Building. Admission is free.
