Kaua’i Grown Beats Out Kailoa
Kaua’i Grown’s Sabrina Telles-Kelekoma tries to make it home on a passed ball as Kailoa pitcher Lehua Kaui covers home Kailoa (red) and Kaua’i Grown (white) went head to head in the Junior Olympic Softball playoff tournament July 14 at Hanapepe Stadium Field. Kailoa is a U-12 team playing in the U-14 division after finishing third in the statewide tournament.
Kaua’i Grown won 5-1 and advanced to the championship game.
