Miss Garden Isle 2016 Hosts 5K Fun Run/Walk

Crowds turned out May 21 at Kapaa Beach Park to participate in a 5K fun run and walk hosted by Miss Garden Isle 2016 Sarah Manuel, with proceeds going to Children’s Miracle Network. It’s a cause that hits home for Manuel — Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children is the only hospital in the state that works with Children’s Miracle Network, and it also is where she underwent surgery as a child.
