Naupaka Terrace Spotlights Local Ingredients
Naupaka Terrace executive chef Rodman Machado teamed up with Tin Roof Maui chef and owner Sheldon Simeon for a special dinner April 28. Located at Aqua Kauai Beach Resort, the evening treated guests to five courses highlighting locally sourced ingredients.
