Old Guys Still Getting Their Kicks

Hundreds of soccer enthusiasts converged on Waipio Soccer Complex in West Oahu to compete for the Hawaii Classics Cup.
The tournament, which ran Aug. 11-14 at the multi-field soccer facility, was hosted by the Aloha United Soccer Club and featured men competing in three age divisions: 34-and-over, 44-and-over and 50-and-over.
The squad from Kaua’i (pictured in black shorts and red/white jerseys) finished second in the 50and-over age group.
