Race For Pa’akamana’o
When baby Pa’akamana’o Matiu Lee was born with a congenital heart defect called hypoplastic right heart syndrome, the community rallied to show support. Sundey Dillberg and her business Organic Functional Fitness hosted Race for Pa’akamana’o Feb. 12 in Po’ipu, with more than 325 people showing up to walk or run the 5K course. The event raised more than $8,400 for past and upcoming surgeries for the little boy. To learn more, search for “friends-of-paakamanao” on Facebook.
