Raiders Top Menehune
The KIF girls basketball season saw the Kaua’i Red Raiders (white) defeat the Waimea Menehune (blue) 45-29 Dec. 27, just two days after Christmas. The win was important for Kaua’i (coached by Sandi Nadatani- Mendez). The Menehune are coached by Elton Montemayor. Kaua’i’s Kristle Henry and Jennifer Grady scored 13 and 10 points, respectively.
