Tropic Care Luau
Wrapping up Tropic Care Kaua’i, a two-week mission of free health care on-island, reservists, volunteers and distinguished guests celebrated with an imu ceremony, Polynesian-themed show and luau at Smith’s Tropical Paradise. The initiative, which treated Kaua’i residents to an estimated $1 million in health care services, was thanks to a joint effort between the Kaua’i District Health Office and the Department of Defense Reserve Affairs.
