Waimea Roundup 2016 Rodeo
Cowgirls and cowboys gathered Feb. 19 at Friendship Do Ranch for the first day of Waimea Roundup 2016 Rodeo, part of Waimea Town Celebration. Friday featured qualifiers in a number of different roping competitions vying for spots in the Saturday finals. Rodeo events included team roping, barrel racing, bronc riding and bull riding, along with the Paniolo Po‘o Wai and double mugging.
