Warriors, Raiders Left In The Dark
The old phrase “left in the dark” was never truer than during the Kaua’i High vs. Kapa’a High football game at Vidinha Stadium Sept. 17.
With Kapaa leading 7-6 after three quarters, the stadium lights failed to function, and players, coaches and fans were literally left in the dark.
As Davaid Simon reports on Page 25, KIF officials were to meet and determine whether to call it a final or replay the final quarter.
Hopefully, that will shed some light on the subject.
