Here, he shares a special recipe with us, Lina Lina Pancakes (cowboy style).
LINA LINA PANCAKES
Ingredients:
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1/2 cup white or light brown
sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups water
• coconut oil spray, to coat pan • 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 2
teaspoons white sugar, mixed
Directions:
Add flour, sugar and salt to a large bowl and whisk.
Slowly add water to the dry ingre- dients while mixing.
Continue adding water until mix- ture has a gravy-like consistency.
Heat your pan to medium, grease
with coconut oil spray, then spoon in pancake mixture and fry.
Butter pancake before rolling and cutting it in half.
Finally, top it all off with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream, and sprinkle on the cinnamon and white sugar mixture.
