• 2 cups ‘ulu noodles
• Parmesan cheese, to taste • 2 ounces butter
• 2 tablespoons garlic, minced • 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon shoyu
• 1 teaspoon patis
• 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
Directions:
Melt butter in a small pot, then add garlic and sauté.
Add shoyu, patis, oyster sauce and sugar.
Place sauce from pot on a flat skillet, add noodles and sauté. Top with Parmesan cheese.
