Providing Local Families With Diapers, Essentials
Hawai‘i Diaper Bank is the first and only Hawai‘i Island nonprofit to provide free di- apers, wipes and other essen- tials to low-income families with young children. Hawai‘i Diaper Bank was founded in 2016 when Jessica Histo, a registered nurse, was looking to donate diapers that her son had outgrown, but found no area organization focused on accepting diaper dona- tions and distributing them to families in need.
