BONE MARROW STEAK & EGGS
Ingredients:
• 1 10-inch bone marrow
• 4 eggs, scrambled
• 1 ounce butter
• 3 ounces pipikaula
• 1 ounce red onion
• 1 ounce fresh herbs
• 1 ounce mustard vinaigrette • 2 ounces Chinese mustard
• 2 ounces shoyu
• 1 ounce rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
Directions:
Roast bone marrow. Soft scram- ble eggs on low heat with butter.
