• tissue paper in yellow, brown, green or light green
• Mod Podge, or similar decoupage sealer
• clear acrylic varnish • 1 -inch sponge brush • scissors
• battery-operated tea light candle, optional

Add leaves around the flower. You can add another flower or two around the jar or just leave as is with one sunflower. Brush a thin coat of clear varnish to seal. Let dry.
From yellow tissue paper, cut out 1-inch leaf shapes for the flower petals. You can cut multiple layers of tissue at the same time. From green tissue paper, cut out slightly larger leaf shapes.
