Directions:
Brown chicken in a pan over high heat. Add water and chicken broth to pot on medium heat. Shred ginger and mince garlic. Add ginger, garlic and salt to pot of broth. Next, put
Soak noodles in water for 30 minutes. Add teaspoon of shoyu, mix well and taste. Drain the water from noodles and then add noodles into the soup with parsley flakes. Noodles only need to cook for 3 minutes.
Chop green onions and add to finished dish.
Cook time: 40 minutes. Serves 4.
