WARM FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced
• 1 cup raspberries
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1 small apple, peeled and sliced
• 1/2 cup feta cheese
• 1 cup mixed nuts (or nuts of choice)
• 1 fruit and nut bar, chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 chocolate bar (chopped)
Directions:
Heat pan on medium-high. Add oil. Add fruits and nuts.
Cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then, remove from heat.
Pour contents into bowl.
Add chopped chocolate. Sprinkle in feta
cheese.
