• 2 very ripe medi- um avocados
Note: To make
it into a smoothie, increase liquid to 1 cup and add 1 cup of ice
The first time we made my Famous Healthy Chocolate Mousse, I was about 6 years old. I came up with the idea when I heard my family talking about chocolate mousse one night and I wanted to try to make it healthier because it sounded delicious. Everyone loved it and it became “famous” in our household.

• 3/4 cup plant- based chocolate protein shake or organic chocolate milk (reduced sugar)
• 2 tbsp agave (sweeten to taste) or 4 dates skinned
Directions:
and pitted
• 2 tbsp organic

ANSWER TO TODAY’S PUZZLE
I like to make it because it’s fun and easy and I love chocolate, so I like to add extra cocoa powder. I also like to add a variety of toppings because it tastes good.
