Ingredients:
• 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or
coconut milk
• 1 1/2 cups ice
• 1 frozen banana
• 1/2 cup plant-based vanilla protein powder
• 1 tbsp blue spirulina
Toppings:
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seed and flax granola • 1/4 cup blueberries
• 1/4 cup blackberries
• honey
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blend- er, starting on low and slowly increasing to high.
Pour into a bowl and top with blueberries, blackber- ries, granola and a drizzle of honey.
