TERIYAKI SMOKE MEAT
• 1 small pork butt
• 1 cup Aloha shoyu • 1 cup sugar
• garlic, crushed
• ginger, crushed
Directions:
Cut pork butt into slices. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Marinate in the refrigerator for two days. Smoke for two hours at 200 degrees.
