4. Another way to decorate the container is to wrap it with
scrap-printed paper. Place a strip of double-stick tape about 1/4 inch below the paper edge. Tape the paper to the outside of the container on both sides.

Thread about 8-10 inches of ribbon through the holes. Start from the inside of the container and pull the ribbon out, leaving the ends of the ribbon on the inside. Knot the ends of the ribbon to create the basket handle.

Take two lengths of ribbon and thread through the holes on both sides, and tie a bow on the outside of the container.

Line the basket with paper shreds or tissue paper, and add treats.
