SUPPLIES AND TOOLS:
• AccuCut pyramid box No. 4 3D die
• 8 1/2-by-11-inch black cardstock, for witch hat
• double-stick tape (No. 30013284)
• scissors
• 1-by-3-inch cardstock, for message strip
• stamps and pens, for writing message
• ribbon, stamped images, stickers, etc., for hat embellishments
• 6-by-6-inch black cardstock, for hat brim
• DVD or similar, for tracing an approximately 4 3/4-inch circle
• pencil, for tracing
Use the AccuCut die-cutting machine to cut out a pyramid box No. 4 from black cardstock.
Fold and crease all fold lines.
You can also make other designs with the pyramid box (example shown features candy corn).
Add double-stick tape to the end section. Fold and tape pyramid box together.
Trace around a DVD on the black card- stock. Cut out circle. You can also use a die or Cricut machine.
Center and tape the pyramid box to the black circle. The side with the semi- circle notches will be the front.
Write a message or name on the 1-by-3- inch strip. Slide
the message strip between the notched tabs. Decorate the message strip and the rest of the hat.
Open the bottom of the box and fill with treats.
